The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2014 Bangalore-based Prestige Group has launched yet another residential project – Prestige Sunnyside, which is located off the Sarjapur-Marthahalli Ring Road, behind the Cisco campus.
The project is spread over 7.50 acres and offers exclusive two, three and four bedroom apartments in two blocks, Oak and Elm. Size of each unit ranges from 1,311 sq ft to 2,439 sq ft. The starting price of each unit is fixed at Rs 56 lakh onwards.
Prestige Sunnyside Oak offers a choice of two, three and four bedroom apartments across three towers -- one of 18 and two of 19 levels. Whereas Prestige Sunnyside Elm has a selection of two and three bedroom apartments in two towers of 10 levels each. In total, the project will comprise 395 apartments in five residential towers in two wings – Elm and Oak.
Both the blocks will provide a range of amenities and have separate gymnasium, health club, party hall, swimming pool, table tennis, billiards and children’s play area, Prestige Sunnyside Oak in addition, will have a tennis court, squash court and badminton court.

The project construction is scheduled for commencement by January 2012 and completion by December 2014.
